Privacy notice
Effective: 15 October 2026
This notice explains how PreBader Software Kft. (the “Controller”) processes the personal data of visitors to prebader.hu, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011.

2. Quote requests

3. AI assistant (chat)
The AI assistant answers questions automatically. To generate a reply, your questions are sent to Anthropic, PBC. We do not store chats or link them to other data. Please do not enter personal or confidential information in the chat; to get a quote, use the quote request form.
Legal basis: the Controller’s legitimate interest in answering visitors’ questions quickly (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

These processors are based outside the EU (USA). Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or marketing tracking, and stores nothing in your browser. The hosting provider may briefly process technical log data (e.g. IP address, time) for secure operation.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). Send requests to info@prebader.hu; we reply within one month.
7. Complaints
